Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all registrants of Hanse Hop IV Blues.
If you register to the event you agree to our terms.
- Please make your payment within fours days after you've received the confirmation of your registration. See bank details below!
- If you have provided us with a direct debit mandate, the fee will be deducted from your bank account automatically!
- If you are prevented from attending please cancel as early as possible!
The refundable amount depends on the date of cancellation:- until the 1st of January 2012 the refund is 100%
- until the 22nd of January 2012 the refund is 70%
- Please be aware that we cannot refund the fee after the 22nd of January 2012! But we'll gladly help you finding someone who can take your place!
