As a Hanse Hop IV Blues participant you'll have 10 hours of class,
5 hours with each of the trainer couples.
The workshop fee is 115 Euro.
It certainly includes the entrance for both Blues parties.
To register for Hanse Hop IV Blues you should fulfill the following requirements: You have been dancing for about one year, preferably any kind of couple dance with an Afro-American history, for example Lindy Hop or Blues. You are familiar with basics in leading or following. Besides working on your skills in classes, you are a regular guest on social dance floors. You are able to listen to the music, love to play with it in your dancing and want to learn more about being lead by the music.
There will be two groups that will be separated by the teachers after a first short class unit on Saturday morning. This first class will mostly be about some basics, so there is no reason to be scared, even if you have no or only little Blues Dance experience.
Depending on who is signing up for the workshop, the teachers might decide for different group sizes to get a better uniformity within both groups. The teachers are free to send you to the other group at any point of the workshop, if they think you will have a greater benefit there. We kindly ask you to respect the teachers’ decisions!
This structure and procedure was created as a reaction on feedback of Hanse Hop I-III. So this is what we can do to make you as happy as possible.
After all, the best way to be able to dance ‘in your level’ is to ask as many people as possible, you would like to share this workshop with, to register as well.
